Identify ways of respecting other people's boundaries
Identify and evaluate different ways boundaries have been set
Explore how to communicate boundaries
Practice tools to maintain and strengthen boundaries
This course is combination of literature that from authors such as Nancy Levin (2020), Christiane Northrup (2020) and Anne Katherine (1991).
